The motor went out on my furnace. The service tech showed up early and was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He made sure everything was clean and working properly before leaving. I asked a lot  of questions and he was honest and very knowledgable. I would recommend this company.

Recently, on one of the days when the actual temperature was in the high 90s and the heat index was over 100, my 2nd floor A/C stopped working near the end of the day. After contacting the company which originally installed it (the one our builder used), and being told they could send someone TWO DAYS LATER, I acted on a recommendation from a neighbor (actually, more than one) and called Stewart A/C and Heating. They were PHENOMENAL!!! They got someone out quickly, their technicians identified the problem immediately and completed the work quickly and efficiently, AND they explained the problem so that I understood the situation. The staff, from the people in the office to the technicians, were all extremely personable, likable, and friendly, and they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make this situation easy for me! They have EARNED (yes, EARNED!!) my loyalty and my highest accolades!! Stewart A/C and Heating will now be my ONLY recommendation in this area! I'm not sure I realized companies like this, which puts customer service at such a priority and whose employees take such personal pride in their work, even still existed.

Thomas Goodness: The technicians were very professional

Excellent service. I needed first an estimate immediately and then a heat pump installed on a particular day. STEWART AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING were very helpful on both counts. The technicians were very professional, and the heat pump works great.

Terrence Joyce: I got more than my money's worth

Originally came out in July and recharged my coolant and said I might have a small leak in the accumulator, but it was to small to find, a month later, again no coolant, they came out, found that the leak had gotten bigger and replaced the accumulator later the same day... and recharged the Freon for free to provide AC until the piece could be replaced...the employee was very professional and courteous...I will use for all of my future HVAC needs.

Larry Schneider: Quick response, professionalism and frie...

I thought I had a problem with the electric heat pump running too long. Technician came out and ran a lot of tests, found no problems. He explained everything he was doing as he worked, answered all my questions, and didn't try to sell me a product or service I didn’t need. Technician was very honest and professional.
